Location: Camden, NJ area

Take ownership of the facilities that protect and enable globally important biomedical research. My client needs a hands-on facilities leader to ensure complex laboratory operations remain safe, compliant, resilient, and ready for the future—including supporting plans for a new campus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing & security
• Manage facilities staff, contractors, vendors & procurement
• Oversee scientific equipment service agreements
• Manage permits, compliance & government reporting
• Serve as the 24/7/365 emergency facilities contact

About You

• GED required; Bachelor’s in Science or Business preferred
• Life science/medical research facility leadership is essential
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing & building systems
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace & building management systems
• Independent leader with strong communication & team management skills
