$85,000-$97,000 Base + Bonus Potential

I'm partnering with a well-established distribution organization seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and support a high-performing team.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys balancing people leadership with operational execution. If you have experience overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory, safety, and employee development, I'd love to connect.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop warehouse associates through coaching, training, and performance management
• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, inventory control, and workflow activities
• Ensure safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations
• Monitor productivity, staffing levels, and service performance
• Partner with leadership to drive operational improvements and team success
• Utilize warehouse systems and reporting tools to track performance and inventory

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain leadership experience
• Experience managing employee performance, workforce planning, and daily operations
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse best practices
• Forklift certification and material handling equipment experience
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning warehouse management systems

Preferred

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Hostler experience
