Site Manager

Job Purpose

The Plant Manager oversees daily operations, leads employees, and ensures the facility operates safely, efficiently, and within quality and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop employees while promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily production, staffing, scheduling, and operational performance.
• Maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor KPIs including labor, productivity, throughput, capacity, yields, and costs.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels, accuracy, and controls.
• Develop and manage plant budgets and operational goals.
• Plan for future staffing, capacity, equipment, and organizational needs.
• Partner with other departments to achieve company objectives.
• Address employee, safety, quality, and operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of manufacturing or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Work Environment

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to varying temperatures, moisture, equipment, and chemicals.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the workday.
• Willingness to work overtime and perform additional duties as needed.
