Level 2 Cable Assembler

BizLink Technology Inc. in Fremont, CA is hiring a full-time Level 2 Cable Assembler. This is a DIRECT HIRE position — not through a staffing agency — at our Fremont facility (47211 Bayside Pkwy).

- Assemble cables and wire harnesses per customer BOMs, drawings, and specifications

- Cut, strip, crimp, and tin wires using manual and automated equipment

- Insert contacts into connectors; use tie wraps, flat ribbon cable, shrink tubing; solder

- Install connector backshells, apply labels, build harness boards

- Inspect and test cable assemblies (continuity, hipot, pull-force)

- 3-5 years cable/wire harness or electro-mechanical assembly experience

- Able to read and follow assembly instructions, work orders, and customer drawings

- IPC/WHMA-A-620 knowledge preferred

- Basic computer skills

PAY: $24-$29/hr. Full-time, on-site in Fremont, CA.
