Alternate Comp Package: $200k+ for only 190-200 hours

High-billing attorneys can earn $300,000+ base compensation with a larger caseload and strong bonus potential, while attorneys who prioritize work-life balance can choose a lower 180–200 hour/month billing target and a significantly more laid-back workload.
