Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full accounts payable cycle
  • Process approximately 150 invoices per week
  • Prepare and process weekly check runs
  • Issue payments via ACH, checks, and credit cards

Qualifications

  • Prior full-cycle accounts payable experience required
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Salary Range

$55,000–$60,000 annually
