Work Hours

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Salary: $22-$30/hr + Performance-Based Bonus

Bonus: $1,500-$7,000 per month

OT Rate: Time and a half for hours worked over 40 hours per week

Our client is seeking a Master-Level Automotive Technician to join its team. This role is suited for an experienced automotive technician with strong diagnostic and repair capabilities across Asian, domestic, and German vehicles.

The technician will perform comprehensive diagnostics, inspections, repairs, and maintenance while working closely with service advisors to identify repair needs and provide accurate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders with service advisors.
• Perform vehicle inspections and comprehensive diagnostics.
• Diagnose and repair major automotive systems.
• Estimate labor time, parts, and repair requirements.
• Perform quality maintenance and repair work.
• Install automotive parts and components.
• Document diagnostic findings, inspections, and repair recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive technician experience; 6-10 years preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience servicing Asian, domestic, and German vehicles.
• Strong electrical and electronic diagnostic skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Experience using alignment, diagnostic, and A/C equipment.
• Hands-on experience with Identifix diagnostics.
• Own professional tools and ability to document total tool value.
