- Participar do planejamento de manutenções em conjunto com a equipe de Manutenção e Engenharia de Processos, identificando necessidades e sugerindo melhorias;
- Atender o plano de manutenção conforme planejamento e manter os registros atualizados;
- Identificar defeitos em máquinas, equipamentos e instalações de produção, realizando a troca das peças quando necessário ou executando serviços de reparo quando possível;
- Quando necessário e solicitado, auxiliar na preparação de máquinas e acompanhar tryout’s de equipamentos;
- Realizar a montagem ou atualização de painéis elétricos;
- Atuar na configuração e/ou programação de IHM’s, CLP’s e Inversores de frequência;
- Atualizar projetos elétricos e diagramas quando necessário;
- Identificar melhorias e atualizar projetos mecânicos de componentes e ferramentais;
- Realizar manutenções e instalações de infraestrutura predial e fabril;
- Controlar o uso/consumo dos materiais elétricos e mecânicos, gerando necessidade de reposição quando necessário e avaliando a vida útil dos componentes;
- Especificar e solicitar o material a ser utilizado na manutenção.
