Customer Success Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Latam Media Team.

You'll manage the complete publisher relationship lifecycle, from initial education and onboarding through adoption and growth. As the primary point of contact for your assigned publisher portfolio, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring they achieve maximum satisfaction and value from our video solutions. This role requires understanding their unique business objectives and developing targeted strategies to support their success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• End to end ownership over all publisher relationships
• Lead regular business reviews featuring performance metrics, industry benchmarks, and revenue growth possibilities
• Create and implement ad operations strategies, utilizing automation and tech integrations
• Identify growth opportunities including additional ad placements and new monetization products
• Work with internal teams (AdOps, Product, R&D) to solve technical issues and enhance publisher experience
• Maintain knowledge of industry developments including privacy regulations, cookieless targeting, and emerging ad technologies
• Champion publisher requirements during product development discussions

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• +2 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles within the media landscape (tech company or SSP experience strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated history of successfully managing customer relationships, driving retention, and growing accounts
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent project management capabilities and the ability to handle multiple publisher accounts effectively
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Added bonus: Fluent in Spanish 

Advantage: Previous experience in the Adtech industry, specifically working with publishers
