As a HR Regional Partner Senior, you will be responsible for...


  • Supporting people management and leadership development by providing guidance on decisions related to performance, development, and talent retention;
  • Partnering with managers to understand team needs and recommend HR practices that maximize employee performance and engagement;
  • Contributing to succession planning and create retention strategies, using benefits as a strategic engagement tool;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve organizational climate, with an emphasis on employee well-being and benefits optimization;
  • Managing and optimizing the company’s benefits portfolio, including health plans, meal vouchers, private pension plans, insurance, among others;
  • Acting as a liaison between the benefits area, vendors, and the procurement department, ensuring proper contract management;
  • Monitoring the usage and costs of benefits, seeking cost-effective solutions that meet organizational and employee needs;
  • Reviewing and implementing benefits policies in line with organizational changes and market trends;
  • Serving as the point of contact to clarify questions about benefits and HR policies, ensuring effective and clear communication;
  • Creating and executing internal campaigns to promote understanding of the offered benefits and optimize employee utilization;
  • Providing consultative support to leadership and employees on topics related to benefits and well-being;
  • Conducting detailed cost analyses of benefits, ensuring compliance with company budget and proposing optimizations to improve program efficiency;
  • Ensuring all benefit programs and HR practices comply with labor laws and local regulations;
  • Manage legal changes that impact benefits, adjusting internal policies as necessary.


What you already have...


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • English fluency: Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is required for communication with international teams and stakeholders;
  • Postgraduate studies in People Management, Strategic Human Resources Management, or related areas are a plus;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with significant focus on HRBP and Benefits Management;
  • Previous experience in global or international organizations, with a strong understanding of different business models;
  • Experience in negotiating and managing benefits suppliers;
  • Consultative experience with leaders and support in developing organizational strategies;
  • Knowledge of labor and benefits practices and regulations, along with a solid understanding of applicable legislation;
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis, particularly regarding benefit costs and program effectiveness.
