"Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination relating to the front-line operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities , despatch activities and local customer service. While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities.

- Handle escalated or more complex issues,
- Coordinate team activities or those of agency contract staff,
- Support supervisor or manager activities,
- Support the design, review and implementation of processes and procedure"
- Receipt, release and shipment of cargo;
- Provide support in the definition, review, implementation and improvement of organizational processes, operational flows and performance indicators of the sector;
- Issuing reports of loads in the warehouse and en route of vendors drivers with daily accountability of the operational activities and routines of the sector;
- Support in coordination of operational teams activities (Handlers)
- Monitoring Vendors Drivers activities
- Control and handling of pending issues and returns;
- Monitoring of indicators and accountability to management and external customers, when necessary prepare material and presentations, including participation in meetings with customers.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma/equivalent. Proficiency in English
- Valid Drivers License and good driving record.
Skills
- Data entry, and/or general office skills.
- Good human relations, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Clear and articulate speaking voice.

- Good Microsoft Office & PC Skills in particular Excel
