Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients requiring rehabilitation.
• Perform manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Develop appropriate care plans based on each patient's needs and goals.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Strong knowledge of treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to develop and implement care plans for patients of various ages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in acute care or discharge planning.
• Experience or specialization in:
• Pain management
• Geriatrics
• Pediatrics
• Orthopedic therapy
