Responsibilities

• Business-to-Marketing Translation: Understand business and product strategies and turn them into clear, actionable, and engaging marketing campaigns and messages.
• Positioning & Value Proposition: Translate product features, business rules, and differentiators into compelling positioning tailored for international audiences.
• Project & Delivery Management: Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery across multiple marketing streams (content, media, CRM, social, branding, etc.).
• Multinational Coordination: Guide and collaborate with marketing teams across countries to ensure global consistency and local relevance in campaign execution.
• Integrated Communication: Ensure all marketing efforts — including campaigns, paid media, influencers, and owned channels — are aligned with product strategy and messaging.
• Performance & Revenue Impact: Collaborate with growth and business teams to monitor key KPIs and ensure marketing initiatives are contributing to account and revenue targets.
• Documentation & Alignment: Maintain clear documentation of product marketing strategies and ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and up to date on upcoming campaigns and launches.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, or similar roles focused on translating business into communication.
• Strong ability to simplify technical or business information into engaging, customer-facing messaging.
• Experience managing 360º campaigns involving multiple channels and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-stream environment.
• Comfortable working with international and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Background in Financial services, Tech, or International business environments.
• Experience with acquisition funnels and demand generation strategies.
• Familiarity with project and collaboration tools like Notion, Asana, Monday.com, Slack, etc.
• Spanish is a plus
