Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
Ensure all financial related procedures compliance
Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policies
Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures, and 9 internal control basics
Provide reliable financial/controlling information towards the management
Lead all forecasting processes (budget, periodic forecast, …)
Manage reporting process ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and delay compliance
Collaborate with Program Controlling teams, obtaining/providing/validating proper information
Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing/validating proper finance information Act as a business partner toward the engeneering community, and provide recommandation to the management
Propose, to the management action plans resulting from relevant analysis in order to achieve the operationnal targets (especially regarding costs, workload,…)
Identify and optimize external subsidies relative to research activities
Share with program controller for different subjects (RFQA, IBP, Monthly Result)
Follow finance impact of action plans
Ensure financial awareness of engineering operational teams
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Masters degree in Finance
3 to 5 years of professional experience, according to the size and complexity of the site, including a first controlling experience
Good accounting knowledge
Business minded and strong teamwork sens
Good communication skills
Fluent in English required
