Your Role
- Regulatory and technical compliance consultant to internal and external clients by evaluating local and regional regulations, industry standards and customer requirements.
- Manage the generation of legally required information on Flavor products meeting customer's needs and reliable information.
- Risk analysis in legislation, process, guidelines changes
- Coordinate and supports the Regulatory team across LATAM region. - KPIs management
- Develops and implements new processes and procedures related to the area and the systems used by the company.
- Work closely with the Research and Development (R&D) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure that flavoring products are developed and produced in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams to facilitate the development of new products, reformulations, or changes in manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance from the early stages of product development.
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients pertaining to the legislation and compliance aspects of our products.
- Bachelor in Chemistry or related áreas
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in Regulatory Affairs, continuous improvement, audits, preferably in flavors companies. Experience with people management.
- Extensive knowledge in tools such as SAP, Microsoft package and project management.
- Knowledge of legislation in Mexico, Colombia and Mercosur
