About The Role

Join one of the fastest-growing trade school graduate producers in the U.S. as an Account Executive. In this role, you’ll manage qualified leads, guide prospects through a consultative sales process, and support leadership in closing deals—all within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and nurture inbound leads while proactively reaching out to warm prospects
  • Conduct discovery calls, handle objections, and drive deals through the sales funnel
  • Schedule timely follow-ups and assist in closing agreements alongside leadership
  • Keep sales pipeline data current and accurate using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Offer strategic feedback to improve sales messaging and process efficiency

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Minimum of 1 year in an Account Executive position
  • Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote work environment aligned to EST hours
  • Proficient with HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable CRM platforms
