You’ll manage calendars, tidy inboxes, handle research, and provide day-to-day admin support across a variety of fast-paced businesses. This is a client-facing, remote-first role that rewards resourcefulness, discretion, and a service-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars across time zones
- Handle email prioritization, inbox organization, and written communications
- Conduct research and prepare briefings, summaries, or comparison docs
- Support reporting, file organization, and data entry across systems
- Prepare slide decks and polished internal/client docs
- Assist with travel planning and ad hoc logistics
- Maintain CRM records, task boards, and digital systems of record
- 2+ years in a virtual or in-office administrative support role
- Organized, efficient, and excellent at juggling priorities
- Clear communicator with strong written English
- Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, and Zoom
- Independent, proactive, and focused on delivering quality and consistency
- Comfortable working remotely with clients across time zones
