Our team in the sun-soaked São Paulo office is currently seeking an ambitious Head of VIP to join the team full-time.

As a Head of VIP at our company, we expect you to be responsible for the following:

  • Defining and leading the global VIP strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Overseeing VIP teams, ensuring consistent service levels and personalized engagement.
  • Developing segmentation strategies for VIP tiers and refine lifecycle management approaches.
  • Collaborating with Product, CRM, and Marketing teams to tailor campaigns, bonuses, and exclusive experiences.
  • Establishing and monitor KPIs, budgets, and revenue forecasts for VIP operations.
  • Leading high-level negotiations and conflict resolution with key VIP customers.
  • Continuously optimizing VIP tools, automation, and reporting dashboards for performance and retention.
  • Recruiting, coaching, and developing VIP managers and account executives to meet business needs.


Required skills:

  • High level of ability to write and speak in English
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in VIP management within the online casino or iGaming industry.
  • Proven track record of leading VIP programs across multiple markets (preferably including regulated and unregulated jurisdictions).
  • Experience managing and scaling remote or international VIP teams.
  • Deep understanding of player behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, especially with high-value customers.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate insights into action.
  • Familiarity with VIP tools, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to define and execute long-term VIP strategies aligned with company growth goals.
  • Adept at budget ownership and revenue forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for VIP events or team coordination.
  • Strong understanding of responsible gaming and regulatory frameworks.
