Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet visitors and assist with office support needs.
• Deliver administrative support for Owner, office staff, sales team, and production/installation department.
• Complete general office duties with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We are looking for candidates with 2-3 office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and credit card processing systems
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Strong personal organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.
