Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare the annual sales budget for the region and achieve targeted volumes.
  • Ensure profitability at all negotiation levels, with emphasis on high-barrier materials.
  • Provide technical-commercial support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client visits to gather and update market and competitor information.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities according to commercial needs.
  • Increase market share in current accounts and with newly launched products.
  • Recommend appropriate packaging options to clients.
  • Monitor product performance and support homologation of new solutions.
  • Maintain updated sales forecasts to ensure raw material supply chain planning.
  • Ensure compliance with contribution margin versus annual budget.
  • Recover opportunities with previously lost customers.
  • Interface with internal departments to ensure excellence in customer service.
  • Present new solutions aligned with current market demands and dynamics.
