We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager – Growth & Expansion to own strategic post-sale growth across key accounts. In this role, you’ll build trust with decision-makers, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and partner with internal teams to help clients scale smarter using our AI-powered platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of high-value, high-potential accounts
  • Uncover client needs to position relevant product features and upgrades
  • Identify, qualify, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and success teams to support renewal and expansion goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting on account health and pipeline

What You Bring:

  • 3–5+ years in account management, business development, or strategic partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue within existing accounts
  • Comfortable managing technical conversations and aligning products to business goals
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Bonus: experience in AI/SaaS/automation environments and tools like HubSpot, Salesforce
