Join a rapidly scaling, remote-first AI company as a Senior Account Manager – Strategic Partnerships. In this role, you’ll act as the lead relationship manager across our most strategic clients, ensuring long-term success by aligning our product’s capabilities with their evolving goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level accounts
  • Lead onboarding, integration, and implementation efforts for new clients
  • Guide strategic planning sessions to identify new use cases and deepen adoption
  • Surface client insights and collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Build executive-level relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Champion client needs internally and ensure their voice is represented in the product roadmap

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience managing high-value client relationships in SaaS or consulting
  • Strategic thinker with strong presentation and executive communication skills
  • A track record of reducing churn and expanding client revenue through value delivery
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with automation, AI tools, or complex B2B platforms
