Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and carry out more complex activities in controlling analysis in the organization, control and recording of information from the different areas and processes of controlling, such as: accounting control, reconciliation, classification, posting, invoicing, sales taxes, expenses, costs, inventories and cash flow, among others, monitoring the organization's annual planning and budgetary control, observing work plans, deadlines and legal requirements for information and sending data and supporting the organization's managers, with transparency and quality in information for decision making. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: 1 – Contribute to the effectiveness of the company's decision-making process, through adequate management of the generation, analysis and dissemination of reliable and timely information on Cash Flow and Appropriations costs. 2 – Prepare management reports, collecting and providing information about the company, as well as supporting area managers on issues related to cash flow, endowment costs, return on investments and copying books in planning and reviews 3 – Prepare the management report, upon receipt of the accounting closing in cash flows, settlement, return on investment and calculation of the corporate apportionment. 4 – Prepare cash flow analysis reports, settlement, return on investments and calculation of corporate apportionment for managers and support directors. 5 – Prepare allocations for apportioning corporate costs and verify the impact of each area on the business units. 6 – Comply with the rules, requirements of quality management systems and work safety standards inherent to the sector, and the use of PPE/EPC's (Personal Protective Equipment/collective protection equipment) when the activity requires it. 7 – Develop other activities necessary for the role at the discretion of your immediate superior, as this is possible and is in accordance with your knowledge and experience. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in the related job field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
