Supply Chain Analytics Intern

About The Role

You are a part of the Supply Chain organization of USA and Canada and will directly impact supply chain performance by driving operational excellence. Your main responsibilities include creating insights from large data sets, championing supply chain reporting and dashboarding and leading process improvements. It is a 30-hour internship starting asap, for at least 12 months with possibility to extend.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Analyze large data sets in cooperation with cross-functional teams from finance, marketing, and sales. Visualize data into dashboards to enhance supply chain visibility.
• Champion our Orderbook. Maintain reporting, analyze account performance and improve supply chain metrics (e.g. Inbound Reliability, OTIF) using Lean methodologies.
• Support the Demand Planning team by delivering accurate and timely forecast reporting that enhances visibility into historical trends, current performance, and future projections.
• Assist in aligning demand forecasts with financial reporting to ensure consistency across operational and financial planning.
• Support the Order Management team by being the contact point for selected customers (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Costco). Process their sales orders in SAP and maintain their master data.
  
  

The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring

• Fluent in English.
• Studying towards a degree in Eng., BA, SC Management or Data Science.
• Graduation is expected for Dec-2027 or later.
• Advanced PowerBI and Excel skills. Affinity with Python is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and preferably experience with Lean.
• Experience working with SAP ERP systems, or eagerness to learn working with SAP S/4 HANA.
