Your Profile

  • The professional will report to the Head of HR Bra & COS, supporting and ensuring control and efficiency of processes related to people management in the region, ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and cost optimization.
  • Periodically and critically monitor and analyze costs related to Human Resources and people in general, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to personnel costs and other HR areas in collaboration.
  • Partner with the Finance and Controlling departments to ensure accurate allocation of personnel-related costs.
  • Lead the annual budget planning process for positions and personnel costs (including payroll, benefits, charges, and labor provisions).
  • Support leadership in the proper use of budgeted positions, aligned with business strategy.
  • Prepare and provide analytical KPI management reports focused on supporting strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with HR processes by acting preventively in internal and external audits.
  • Assist with salary surveys and ensure strategic compensation structures within the organization.
  • Prepare and provide information and documentation for labor and tax audits, ensuring transparency and data integrity.
  • Represent the company as a legal representative in labor hearings and be responsible for labor relations, ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal practices.
  • Support union negotiations and the monitoring of Profit Sharing Plans (PPR) and collective bargaining agreements, when applicable.
  • Support the mitigation of labor risks by providing guidance to leadership and reviewing practices and procedures.
  • Participate in the handling of labor lawsuits in collaboration with the Legal Department.
  • Act as PMO in HR digitalization projects interfacing with global teams, including time tracking, payroll, and other HR processes

Requirements

  • Solid experience in HR operational areas.
  • Strong background in industrial environments, preferably with experience in numerical and analytical areas.
  • Desirable experience with strategic compensation analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Advanced English for conversation (mandatory).
  • Strong skills in data management and analysis.
  • Proven experience in managing HR process digitalization projects.
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation and union relations.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power BI, dashboards) and proficiency in HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
