Philadelphia, PA | Flexible Hybrid | $125,000 to $275,000

Looking for sophisticated management side employment work with real ownership of your cases? An established Philadelphia firm is growing its Labor & Employment practice and wants a litigator ready to take on more responsibility.

You will defend regional and national employers in employment disputes and advise them on the issues that prevent those disputes from arising.

What you will do

• Defend employers against discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination claims
• Handle wage and hour, restrictive covenant and employment contract disputes
• Run discovery, depositions, motion practice, arbitrations and trial preparation
• Appear before state and federal courts and administrative agencies
• Advise clients on workplace policies, compliance and employee relations
• Shape litigation strategy directly with clients

What you will bring

• JD from an accredited law school and an active Pennsylvania Bar license
• 3+ years of litigation or employment law experience
• Strong writing, research and advocacy skills
• The confidence to run matters independently and advise clients directly

Experience with class or collective actions, internal investigations or traditional labor matters will set you apart.
