Job Description

• Direct operational performance across multiple project teams
• Establish accountability for schedule, cost, and execution
• Coach and develop senior project and operational leaders
• Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

• Leadership background within industrial or manufacturing construction
• Experience with complex process-driven facility construction
• Strong commercial, operational, and project execution expertise
• Track record developing teams and managing client relationships
• Ability to travel approximately 75% across U.S. markets
