Entry Level Recruiter

Are you competitive in nature, with an entrepreneurial spirit? PTS Advance is experiencing significant growth and currently needs several Recruitment Advisors to join our Tustin Team. The Recruitment Advisor will join and serve as a candidate ambassadors, impacting both our candidates and clients by finding the right people for the right jobs.

PTS Advance has been in operation for over 30 years and has established clients in a variety of markets such as Oil & Gas, Power/Renewables, Construction & Infrastructure. These roles will sit across the above-mentioned markets and all will be based in our Tustin, CA office.

Below is a list of the key responsibilities for the role, whilst not exhaustive, that you will need to be able to perform to be successful:

• Partner with Account Managers & Business Development Managers to source and engage candidates for active job orders.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines across targeted disciplines such as Oil& Gas, Power, etc.
• Utilization of Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms will be required.
• Ongoing participation in lead generation and intelligence gathering throughout vertical market segments.
• Support skill market campaigns, introducing our top talent to both existing clients and key client prospects.
