Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Optimize Search Group has partnered with a company headquartered in North Dallas that is seeking a Director of FP&A due to growth. This is a highly visible role that reports to the SVP of Finance and will work closely with the c-suite. This position will be responsible for managing and growing a team and also for driving process improvements across finance.

Director of FP&A

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience
• Owns the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics for a large business unit
• Experience building out financial models, forecasts, and reporting outside of Excel (i.e. Python, R, BI tools)
• Ability to automate, refine, and assist in the migration from excel to a data warehouse
• A foundation in banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or a PE portco preferred
• Very strong technically and the ability to leverage AI
