PAY & PERKS

$18–$22 per hour base pay

Commission + bonus opportunities

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish—required.

• An active Florida insurance producer license—required.

• Previous sales experience—required.

• A goal-driven mindset and enthusiasm for team wins.

• Strong listening, communication, and customer service skills.

• Confidence explaining coverage and handling objections.

• Consistent follow-through—one “no” doesn’t stop you!

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills to navigate policy and customer systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Connect with leads by phone, prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales.

• Follow up with prospects and grow your pipeline through referrals and networking.

• Help existing customers identify additional coverage that fits their needs.

• Meet sales goals while delivering helpful, professional service.

• Keep customer information and conversation notes accurate and current.

• Complete required product and compliance training.
