Dental Hygienist

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — 4-Day Week, No Weekends

$75/hr Guaranteed + Bonus | Fee-for-Service Boutique Practice | Lincoln Square, Chicago

We're a fee-for-service boutique practice in Lincoln Square built around relationships and unhurried, quality care. No insurance treadmill. Just a calm, professional team that does excellent dentistry.

Why you'll Love It Here:

- $75/hour guaranteed — or 25% of your net collections, whichever is higher. Your floor never depends on the schedule; your ceiling is up to you.

- Bonus opportunities with clear, achievable hygiene incentives.

- Real time with patients: 60-minute recare appointments, never rushed.

- AI charting that writes your notes for you: spend your time with patients, not your evenings finishing documentation.

- 4-day week: No weekends, no late nights.

- A calm, supportive, drama-free team that has your back.

- You're respected as a provider — your clinical judgment is trusted.

What you'll do:

Deliver comprehensive hygiene and periodontal care, partner with patients on long-term oral health, and work alongside a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

What we're looking for:

- Active Illinois RDH license

- Strong clinical skills and a warm, patient-centered chairside manner

- A team player who values a calm, professional environment

- Experienced hygienists and new grads welcome — new grads get real mentorship, not sink-or-swim

- Medical insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO) — applicable if schedule is 30+ hrs/week

- 401(k)

- Paid time off and paid holidays

- Employee dental care discounts

- CE allowance

- Long-term stability in a growing practice

Ready to enjoy hygiene again? We'd love to meet you.
