• Assist with medication administration, treatments, and wound care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Promote a positive and respectful environment that fosters dignity, compassion, and communication among residents, families, and staff
