Traffic Control Flagger

Join a team as a Traffic Safety Protector, responsible for setting up traffic control equipment, guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles, and maintaining safety at job sites. No experience or degree required; training and support provided. Daily duties include installing cones, signs, barricades, and ensuring equipment safety, all while working outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsibilities also involve effective communication with crew and supervisors, keeping vehicles and equipment clean, and adhering to safety protocols. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift 40–50 pounds, and work outside for extended periods. Flexibility to work in traffic, in changing weather, and willingness to pass pre-hire screenings are essential. Key skills include alertness around moving traffic, respectfulness, and punctuality.

Compensation ranges from $17.65 to $19.50 per hour, with overtime available and opportunities for pay increases within the first year.
