About the Position

Hospital Systems, Inc. is looking for a dependable and adaptable Production/Warehouse Utility employee to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable moving between different responsibilities throughout the day. Depending on daily needs, this position may assist with production, inventory, receiving, packaging, shipping, material handling, warehouse organization, and general shop support.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, stays productive, and is willing to help wherever support is needed.

Responsibilities

Support production and warehouse departments as needed
Move, stage, organize, and deliver materials
Assist with inventory organization and stocking
Help receive and verify incoming materials
Prepare products and materials for packaging and shipment
Assist with shipping, pallets, boxes, labels, and staging
Help employees locate and move parts and materials
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Perform general material-handling and shop duties
Follow work instructions and safety procedures
Report shortages, damaged materials, or other issues
Move between assignments based on daily priorities

Qualifications

Dependable and punctual
Able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Willing to learn different areas of the operation
Warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus
