Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through final completion. This position requires a hands-on project manager who is comfortable working directly with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, ownership, internal teams, and outside stakeholders to ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and moving toward successful completion.

The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability, urgency, sound judgment, strong follow-through, and the ability to make necessary adjustments while maintaining deadlines and seeing each project through to completion.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of proven construction project management experience, with a strong history of successfully completed projects supported by professional references.
• Verifiable track record of successfully managing construction projects through completion.
• Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, timelines, deadlines, subcontractors, vendors, budgets, and changing project conditions.
• Ability to work directly and effectively with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, ownership, internal teams, and outside stakeholders.
• Strong ability to take ownership when challenges arise, identify practical solutions, coordinate the appropriate parties, and drive issues through resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear and timely updates regarding project progress, potential delays, challenges, corrective actions, approvals needed, and upcoming milestones.
• Ability to discuss specific projects personally managed, including project scope, responsibilities, timelines, challenges encountered, and final results.
• Professional references and completed project experience that can be verified as part of the hiring process.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven construction project management experience overseeing projects from planning through final completion.
• Experience working within a franchise or brand-driven environment.
• Experience communicating and coordinating with franchisors, brand representatives, corporate design and construction teams, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Experience ensuring brand standards, approvals, specifications, and project requirements are met.
