NOW HIRING: MANUAL MACHINIST

We are looking for an experienced Manual Machinist to join our team. We are seeking someone dependable, experienced, and comfortable working in a fast-paced machine shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual lathes and mills
• Machine parts to specified dimensions and tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
• Set up machines and select proper tooling
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Perform threading, facing, boring, drilling, turning, and other machining operations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work independently and complete jobs efficiently

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Manual Machinist
• Experience machining oilfield, pipeline, flange, or industrial components is a plus
• Strong knowledge of manual lathe operation
• Ability to hold tight tolerances
• Experience cutting different types of threads
• Ability to read blueprints and understand machining specifications
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Welding is a plus
