Compensation: $120,000–$300,000

This opportunity offers a flexible hybrid working model, meaningful responsibility and access to a broad range of sophisticated Delaware litigation.

An established Wilmington firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with experience in one or more areas including commercial disputes, Chancery litigation, corporate litigation, general liability, insurance, product liability or regulatory enforcement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex civil and commercial disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in Delaware state and federal courts
• Support matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery where relevant
• Attend mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences
• Work directly with clients to assess risk and develop case strategy
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in hearings and trials

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Delaware Bar admission or a clear route to admission
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently

Experience in Delaware corporate law, complex commercial litigation or civil defense is welcomed but not essential for every position under consideration.
