Infor is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Business Analyst. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, collaborative professional with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define business problems, design data-driven solutions, and influence strategic decisions that accelerate growth and efficiency across Infor’s enterprise landscape.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify, assess, and prioritize business challenges and opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end analysis initiatives, from scoping to execution, to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Design and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications for systems and process enhancements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing robust business cases to support strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with IT, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement across critical business functions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and data discovery sessions with precision and purpose.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches that advance business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategy roles within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Experience leading complex projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Experience in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirement gathering methodologies.
• Knowledge of or experience with the warehousing industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with visual product design.
• Technical experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience using AI for designs in the SDLC.
