Project Manager

We’re Hiring a Project Manager!

Pacific Hydrotech Corporation (PHC) is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our water and wastewater construction team.

Southern California | Full-Time

$120,000–$160,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

In this role, you’ll manage projects from preconstruction through startup and closeout, working closely with field leadership, owners, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and documentation

• Leading RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor coordination

• Supporting field execution, testing, commissioning, and closeout

• Mentoring Project Coordinators and Project Engineers

We’re seeking candidates with experience in heavy civil, water/wastewater, industrial, mechanical, or similar infrastructure construction. Strong leadership, communication, and cost management skills are essential. Public works and Procore experience are highly desirable.

A related bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant construction experience is equally valued.
