A well-established, growing company in the western suburbs of Chicago is looking for a hands-on Controller to join their senior leadership team.

This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for Accounting, along with oversight of HR and IT. The ideal candidate will enjoy being close to the business, working directly with ownership/senior leadership, and having a real impact on financial and operational decisions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Prior management/leadership experience

• Manufacturing or industrial experience required

• Strong US GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting skills

• Experience with cash flow forecasting and internal controls

• ERP experience and exposure to system conversions

• CPA preferred
