Morpho Behavioral Services LLC is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team.

Location: Covina, CA /Ontario, CA / Inland Empire

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

Morpho Behavioral Services is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA provider committed to delivering individualized, family-centered services that create meaningful and lasting change. We provide center-based, in-home, and community-based ABA services while supporting families throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments

• Develop and update individualized treatment plans

• Create behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians and clinical staff

• Review data and make data-driven treatment decisions

• Conduct caregiver/parent training and support

• Complete progress reports, reassessments, and clinical documentation

• Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other members of the care team

• Ensure services are delivered with clinical integrity and treatment fidelity

• Support staff development through training, feedback, and mentorship

• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills

• Experience supervising and training Behavior Technicians

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and family-centered care
