Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with family law litigation experience to manage cases and represent clients through mediation and trial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and communicate with clients regarding family law matters.
  • Draft, review, and sign pleadings and legal correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case memoranda.
  • Prepare Marital Balance Sheets (MBS).
  • Manage cases, deadlines, and case strategy.
  • Prepare matters for mediation and trial.
  • Represent and advocate for clients at mediation and trial.

Requirements

  • Family law litigation experience.
  • Active Georgia Bar license required.
  • Strong litigation, legal research, writing, and client communication skills.
  • Experience handling cases through mediation and trial.
