Member Experience Associate

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Member Experience Associate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for members, providing timely support, answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping create a positive experience throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys helping people, is highly organized, and can work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for members and customers
• Respond to questions and requests through phone, email, and digital communication channels
• Provide accurate information and helpful solutions
• Assist members with account, service, and general inquiries
• Follow up with members to ensure their needs have been addressed
• Identify opportunities to improve the member experience
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate member records and documentation
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
• Build strong and professional relationships with members
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism
