$70k base + 10% of net commissions

1st year ~$110k OTE

2nd year ~$200k+ OTE

3rd year ~$300k+ OTE

Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for driving loan originations across the platform. You will be sourcing, structuring, and closing deals with real estate investors and developers, while building long-term borrower relationships.
  • This is a production-focused role within a high-performance environment. The expectation is consistent deal flow, strong borrower relationships, and disciplined execution.
  • Source new lending opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and existing relationships
  • Build and maintain a network of real estate investors, developers, and brokers
  • Develop consistent deal flow across target markets

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Sports background or military background
  • Motivated and highly ambitious
