For an experienced litigator who wants intellectually interesting disputes, senior-level responsibility and less hierarchy around their matters, this is a particularly strong opportunity.

• Business-Critical Disputes: Handle shareholder battles, business divorces, partnership and governance disputes, fraud, joint ventures and high-value contract matters.
• Entrepreneurial Client Base: Represent business owners, closely held and family-owned companies, investors and high-net-worth individuals — often on disputes central to their businesses.
• Litigation With Commercial Purpose: The team is known for using litigation strategically to achieve wider business objectives, rather than simply running cases through the court system.

The Role

• Run Sophisticated Matters: Take meaningful ownership of cases rather than operating as one layer within a large litigation team.
• Broad Commercial Exposure: Work across corporate ownership, shareholder, fraud, contract, real estate, employment and other business disputes.
• Full Litigation Lifecycle: Handle strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, substantive motions, negotiations, arbitration and trial preparation.
• Work Directly With Senior Litigators: Join a team where experienced partners remain actively involved in litigating and trying matters.
