Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join its transactional practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate matters and be comfortable handling sophisticated transactions while working directly with clients and other experienced attorneys.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate and transactional experience
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate-related agreements and transaction documents
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage transactions and client relationships effectively
• Tennessee Bar admission preferred
