Haraka Headhunters is a New York City-based attorney search firm partnering with a well-established, full-service law firm with more than 50 years of experience serving clients across a broad range of legal matters. The firm is seeking an experienced Land Use & Zoning Attorney to join its team in White Plains, NY.

What We Are Looking For...

Ideally, a candidate with at least 4 years of relevant land use and zoning experience, particularly someone with experience handling:

  • Land use and zoning matters
  • Zoning approvals, variances, and special permits
  • Land development and site-plan approvals
  • Planning and zoning board matters
  • Commercial real estate development
  • Related municipal and real estate development matters

Education Requirements

Active and in good standing with the New York State Bar
