HIRING!!! Senior Recruiter / Head of Talent

Onsite: Oakland

Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 (DOE) Plus Bonus

Are you the recruiter everyone calls when they need to hire the candidates nobody else can find?

A rapidly growing construction and development organization is seeking its first dedicated recruiting leader to build talent acquisition from the ground up.

You'll own full-cycle recruiting, develop pipelines for Superintendents, Project Managers, Senior PMs, and construction leadership talent, while partnering directly with executive leadership to drive growth.

We're looking for someone with

Construction, engineering, development, or real estate recruiting experience

A track record of filling hard-to-find roles

Strong passive candidate sourcing skills

Executive search or agency recruiting experience (preferred)

The ability to build relationships, influence hiring decisions, and close top talent
