Position Overview

We are seeking a client-focused Wealth Advisor to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to individuals and families. The Wealth Advisor will develop customized strategies to help clients meet short- and long-term financial goals, manage risk, and build wealth. This role combines relationship management, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance to deliver trusted advice and grow a sustainable client base. This W2 position has the flexible option to work on a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions to assess clients' goals, risk tolerance, cash flow, assets, liabilities, and tax considerations.
• Develop and present customized financial plans, investment strategies, retirement plans, and insurance recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Recommend and implement investment portfolios, monitor performance, and rebalance holdings to maintain alignment with objectives and risk profiles.
• Provide ongoing client service, including periodic plan reviews, performance updates, and adjustments based on life events or market changes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, education, and exceptional service to drive retention and referrals.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (tax professionals, estate planners, operations) to coordinate holistic solutions for clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies; prepare and maintain accurate client documentation and disclosures.
• Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, community events, and targeted outreach to expand the client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred; strong working knowledge of fiduciary planning standards.
• Active Series 65 license or willingness to obtain; other securities registrations a plus.
• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, or similar role with a record of building and managing client relationships.
• Solid understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies, and insurance solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to diverse clients.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with financial planning software and Microsoft Office.
