A highly respected general contractor with a strong pipeline of ground-up multifamily developments is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of large-scale apartment, mixed-use, podium, and wrap projects while working alongside industry-leading construction professionals.

What You'll Do

• Lead all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships to ensure project success.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents, Owners, Architects, and Consultants.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Identify and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Drive schedule performance while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Lead project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
• Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
